Last winter, That Swing Sensation entertained, the passing crowds and
produced the programme that got Glasgow dancing into the Guinness World
Record books for the larget outdoor tea dance in the world.
Join the band
this January for a swinging finish to Glasgow's Winterfest as they once
again take to the big stage in George Square and invite you to take your
partner and dance off those winter blues.
Come along for a quickstep, waltz,
foxtrot or even a wee Gay Gordons with Jon and the boys. Don't worry if
you don't know your tango from pasodoble there will be expert assistance
on hand again from Gary and Susan of the Flyright Dance Company.

Getting there
George Square lies in the heart of Glasgow's city centre and is the is the
focal point for most of the Winterfest Glasgow programme.
Train
Queen Street Station is right beside George Square and Glasgow Central Station is but 10 minutes walk away.
Subway
Buchanan Street Station is the closest subway to George Square.
By Bus
First Bus operates fast, reliable services from all the surrounding areas of Glasgow into the city centre.
Parking
There are a number of fee paying car parking facilities in Glasgow City Centre including:
Buchanan Galleries Car Park, Concert Square Car Park, St Enoch Centre Car Park, High Street Car Park.
