Swing Sensation brings back the golden days of big band dancing to Glasgow's
city centre on the site of the city's famous Green's Playhouse.
Dust off those dancing shoes and jive, quickstep, foxtrot and waltz to the
strains of jazz, swing and big band classics made famous by the likes of
Duke Ellington, Glenn Miller, Benny Goodman, Frank Sinatra, and the Rat Pack.
Enjoy the great sounds of the big band era from the live 14 piece band
with vocals from Glasgow favourites, June Love and Iain Ewing.

Highlight Glasgow
opened in January 2002 on the site of the famous Glasgow Apollo (formerly
the world renowned Glasgow Ballroom, Green's Playhouse). The comedy club occupies the whole
of the basement of the Cineworld Multiplex, one of the tallest cinemas in
Europe and the biggest in Scotland.
That Swing Sensation : a popular mixture of traditional smooth jazz, big band swing and laid back vocals for weddings and events in Glasgow, Edingburgh, Stirling, Ayr and throughout Scotland.
